FAQs

1. How do I qualify for a free gift?

To be eligible, you need to have taken a test drive at a participating Arnold Clark branch and received a quotation between 7th September 2018 and 10th September 2018. To locate your nearest dealership please click here. (Excludes Motability vehicles and Harry Fairbairn branches).

2. How do I choose my gift?

Upon obtaining your quotation, Arnold Clark will provide you with a voucher code, and link to the claim site. The claim site will be open from 12:00pm 11th September 2018, where you can choose your gift.

3. How long do I have to choose my gift?

The claim site will close midnight 31st October 2018. We are not able to accept any claims after this date.

4. Once I have chosen my gift, how long do I have to wait to receive it?

Your "4 Cinema Tickets" gift will be issued via email within 10 working days of claiming. If you choose the JBL Flip 3 Proforma speaker or the £40 Nando’s voucher, this will be sent to you within 28 days of claiming your gift.

5. What will I receive when I have chosen my gift?

If you choose the “4 Cinema Tickets”, you will receive an email containing codes which will enable you to book your Cinema tickets at the cinema chain of your choice. If you choose the “£40 Nando’s Gift Card”, you will receive a physical Nando’s Gift Card, loaded with a balance of £40, enclosed in a letter via the post. If you make a gift selection of the “JBL Flip 3 Proforma speaker”, you will receive this via the post in the form of a parcel.

6. How much time do I have to use my gift?

If you choose the “4 Cinema Tickets”, you will have 3 months from the date of issue to claim your tickets. If you choose the “£40 Nando’s Gift Card”, you will have 18 months from the date that the balance was last uploaded to use your gift card.

7. I am unable to claim my gift.

Please ensure that you have allowed 48 hours from your test drive appointment to claim.

8. I have not received my gift, what should I do?

Please ensure you check your junk/spam inbox. If you are unable to locate your email, please get in touch with The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) on 01565 656 256* and a member of the team will be happy to help you. Please make sure you have your unique claim code and quote to hand. *The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
