1. How do I qualify for a free gift?
To be eligible, you need to have taken a test drive in a New or Delivery mileage vehicle at a participating Arnold Clark or Harry Fairbairn branch and received a quotation between 6th March 2020 to 9th March 2020. 2. How do I choose my gift?
Upon obtaining your quotation, Arnold Clark will provide you with a voucher code, and link to the claim site. The claim site will be open from 12pm 10th March 2020 where you can choose your gift.
3. How long do I have to choose my gift?
The claim site will close midnight 17th April 2020. We are not able to accept any claims after this date.
4. Once I have chosen my gift, how long do I have to wait to receive it?
Your £30 M&S e-Gift Card, £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* or Afternoon Tea for Two will be issued via email within 20 days of claiming.
5. What will I receive when I have chosen my gift?
Your £30 M&S e-Gift Card, £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* or Afternoon Tea for Two will be issued via email. Please check you junk folder.
6. How much time do I have to use my gift?
If you choose the £30 M&S e-Gift Card, you will have 24 months from the date of issue to use your e-Gift Card. If you choose the £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* you will have 10 years from the date that the balance was last uploaded to use your gift card. If you choose the Afternoon Tea for Two you will have 1 year from the date of issuance to book and take your treat.
7. I am unable to claim my gift.

1. Where can I spend my M&S gift card?
Your gift card can be redeemed at M&S stores in the United Kingdom, Eire and the Channel Islands (including Outlets but excluding BP stores) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
2. What can be bought with gift card?
Gift cards can be used for most purchases. However, they cannot be used to pay for M&S Bank Services, M&S Bank Products, M&S Energy or outstanding M&S credit card, and M&S More Chargecard balances. They are not accepted for made to measure shirts or personalised cards.
3. Can I use my gift card as part payment?
Yes, you can pay the difference with their credit or debit card online or part pay with cash or card in store.
4. How do I use my gift card online?
Upon checkout, you need to click on ‘Change payment or add a promo code’, then select ‘Pay with an M&S gift card’ and enter your gift card number and 5-digit pin.
5. How can I check my balance?
Gift card balances can be viewed on the M&S website under ‘check balance’ in My Account. You can also check your balance by telephone on 0044 (0)333 014 8443 in the UK and Channel Islands. Local rates apply but please note mobile rates vary. Your balance can also be checked in store by presenting your gift card at the till.
6. Can I get the cash back from my gift card?
E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
7. Is there an expiry period for my gift card?
M&S gift cards are valid for 24 months from the last spend on it. If you don’t use it within 24 months, any remaining balance will be cancelled. If you have a M&S account, you can check your gift card balance in your account. Just enter your 16-digit gift card number and we’ll tell you how much money you have left on it.
8. What will happen if I return an item purchased with my gift card?
If any product purchased with a gift card is returned, any money refunded will go back onto the gift card used to pay for the item, so it’s important you keep your gift card, even if you’ve spent all the money on it.
9. What happens if my gift card is lost, stolen or damaged?

3. I'm not ready to use my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* yet, can I save it on my account?
After you've entered the code on Amazon's site, they'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases so that you don't need to enter the code again. You can choose to check out without using it when you select your payment method. Simply uncheck the box next to 'Use your Gift and promotional balance'. If you don't see this screen during checkout, you can click Change under the Payment Method heading on the final page before you place your order'. Your available balance will be automatically applied to 1-Click orders.
4. I'm having problems assigning my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* to my account.
After you've entered the code on Amazon.co.uk, they'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases so that you don't need to enter the claim code again. If you're seeing an error message that the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* has already been redeemed, it's likely to be because the code has already been applied to your account. To check whether the funds are already on your account, view your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* balance in ˜Your Account". If you're still having problems, check the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* Terms and Conditions to make sure your order meets the rules and restrictions for paying with an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*.
5. What if my order is more than the value of the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*?
If your order total is more than your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* balance, you will need to pay for the remaining balance with an additional payment method.

Yes, the choice is yours as long as the venue is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability. To view participating venues click here
2. Do I have to purchase additional food or beverages?
No, you can visit your choice of Afternoon Tea provider and have your Afternoon Tea for Two completely free of charge, however, you can purchase Champagne or alcoholic beverages if you like you just need to pay the venue directly for this.
3. How long is the offer valid for?
You have 12 months from the date your gift email is sent to book and take your Afternoon Tea for Two. Please ensure you check your junk/spam inbox.
4. Can I contact the Afternoon Tea venue and book directly with them?
No, any booking made directly with the venue will not be honoured. Bookings need to be made via MLP's Central Reservations Team. Full details can be found on your gift email.
5. Are there any restrictions?
Yes, each voucher can only be used on pre booked reservations. The vouchers will not be valid on bank holidays, Christmas, New year and Easter, there may be limited availability during special times such as Valentines and Mother's Day.
