1. How do I qualify for a free gift?
To be eligible, you need to have taken a test drive at a participating Arnold Clark branch and received a quotation between 16th and 19th March 2018. To locate your nearest dealership please click here. (Excludes Motorstore branches).
2. How do I choose my gift?
Upon obtaining your quotation, Arnold Clark will provide you with a voucher code, and link to the claim site. The claim site will be open from 20th March 2018 where you can choose your gift.
3. How long do I have to choose my gift?
The claim site will close midnight 30th April 2018. We are not able to accept any claims after this date.
4. Once I have chosen my gift, how long to I have to wait to receive it?
Your Experience for two and Meal for two at PizzaExpress gift email will be issued via email within 10 working days of claiming. RAC 107 Dash Cam will be sent via Royal Mail within 28 days of claiming.
5. What will I receive when I have chosen my gift?
If you choose the Experience for two, you will receive an email containing a link to view the participating venues, your unique booking code and all other information you need to make your booking. If you choose the “RAC 107 Dash Cam” gift, you will receive your gift in the post within 28 days of claiming your gift. If you choose the “Meal for two at PizzaExpress”, you will receive an email containing a link to view the participating venues, your e-Gift and further information on how to redeem your e-Gift.
6. How much time do I have to use my gift?
If you choose the Experience for two, you will have 12 months from the date you receive your email to utilise your booking code. If you choose the “RAC 107 Dash Cam”, your gift will be sent to you via Royal Mail. If you choose the “Meal for two at PizzaExpress”, you will have 24 months from the date you receive your email to use your e-Gift.
7. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
Please ensure you check your junk/spam inbox. If you are unable to locate your email, please get in touch with The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) on 01565 656 605* and a member of the team will be happy to help you. Please make sure you have your unique claim code and quote to hand. *The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
